One-on-One therapy services include counseling to assist individuals in addressing their concerns and developing their strengths. A therapist may use various methods, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, or child-centered therapy, to help individuals in expressing their feelings and problems, processing their concerns and developing positive coping skills.

Couples and Family therapy may be provided to various identified members to improve the functioning of the whole family.

Group therapy gathers individuals with similar issues, problems and situations to support one another in therapist-led interventions.
